Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a retail associate to support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform opening and closing routines, operate POS systems, and fulfill omni-channel orders while showcasing product knowledge and brand awareness to help drive sales. You will build visual displays and analyze sales reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets, and uphold inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French at CEFR B2 level.
• Retail experience of about 1 year is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are important.

What You'll Do

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.

In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French, required
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility.

The full time starting rate for this position is 25644.60€ annually (i.e., the full time recruiting pay range for this position is 25644.60€ - 25644.60€ annually). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 35 per week.
