Brightway Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, community integration, and meaningful engagement. You will document progress, follow individual goals, and support transportation needs as part of a dedicated care team.

The role requires a valid NYS Driver's License, completion of Brightway's Transportation Orientation, and certifications in SCIP‑R, First Aid and CPR.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months required with clean driving history.
• Certification in SCIP‑R, First Aid and CPR must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Support health, safety, and well‑being; follow individualized goals and care plans.
• Attend trainings, staff meetings, and complete required documentation.
