Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CMT, First Aid, CPR, MANDT, and DDA trainings.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points.
• Behavioral tech and ABA training preferred but not required.
• Data driven and detailed oriented.
• Skilled in Behavior Support Plan (BSP) implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services.
• Operate with a 2:1 staffing ratio to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Contribute to a service system focused on quality, person-directed supports and community integration.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization who provides supports to people with development disabilities. We are looking to hire for our Behavior Respite Services; 24- hour, community-based crisis prevention and intervention services to people with intellectual and development disabilities in a 2:1 staffing ratio. Services will promote the development of quality services in the context of the local system of care.

Requirements
