Ohel Respite Programs in New Jersey seeks creative and dedicated staff to provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities living at home in Highland Park, Passaic and Bergen County. Flexibility for full-time and part-time after school hours is valued, with driving and English communication skills strongly preferred.

Salary ranges from $18.75 to $20.75 per hour, with benefits including a 403B retirement plan, paid sick and vacation time for full-time staff, and health

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills required.
• Experience caring for adults with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Flexible full-time and part-time after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with adults with developmental disabilities who live at home in the community.
• Support daily activities and ensure safety during assigned shifts.
