Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a dedicated Respite Care Worker/ Home Services on a part-time basis. You will assist individuals with daily activities, monitor health needs, and support families and care teams.

The role requires compassionate communication, ability to handle medical equipment, and compliance with safety regulations. Prior experience in special needs care or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care or relevant degree/certification (LPN, RN).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
