Inland Respite, Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Respite Care Providers. You will support children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, offering safe, engaging activities and companionship to give families a much-needed break.
Positions are part-time with flexible scheduling (up to 29 hours/week), near your home, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for growth. Prior caregiving is a plus, and English communication is essential.

By becoming a Respite Care Provider, you will give parents and families the chance to take a well-deserved break, whether it's to relax, run errands, or focus on their work, while ensuring their child remains engaged in safe, enjoyable, and functional activities within the comfort of their own home.
The essential duties of our respite caregivers are to ensure safety and provide companionship to someone with a disability. Duties consist of daily activities (feeding, dressing, toileting assistance), daily routines, and/or homework. We encourage our caregivers to engage and initiate age-appropriate activities for the client and build positive relationships with the family and clients.
