Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Respite Care/Home Health Aide to support children, youth, and adults with special needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and medical tasks as required.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (excluding federal holidays) with a flexible arrangement and opportunities to work on Level III & IV nationwide. Competitive pay, PTO, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care or relevant degree/certification such as CNA, LPN, or RN.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices).
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Respite Care/Home Health Aide- Level III & IV NATIONWIDE. This is a great opportunity with a flexible work schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Respite Care Provider (Level III & IV) to support children, youth, and adults with special needs, including those requiring specialized medical care. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, provide emotional and behavioral support, and perform medical tasks such as medication administration, feeding tube care, and tracheotomy suctioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
