Saratoga Medical Center in the Fort Bliss, TX area is seeking a dedicated Respite Care/Home Health Aide to support daily activities and care for individuals with complex medical needs. This full-time position requires compassionate interaction with patients and families, reliable documentation, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, medication administration and operation of equipment such as feeding pumps and suction

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
