Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Virginia is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our compassionate care team in McLean. You will deliver respiratory therapy, supervise breathing treatments, and contribute to personalized patient rehabilitation plans in a supportive inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
