Job summary

Palm Beach Health Network - Tenet is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor in Riviera Beach, Florida. The role oversees day-to-day clinical operations and supports the director to maximize patient outcomes and interdepartmental workflow.

Responsibilities include staff orientation, education, competency assessment and scheduling, with duties extending to ABG Lab maintenance under CAP/CLIA standards. Must have Florida RRT license and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory care or science.
• Florida RRT license, NBRC credentialed.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical and program operations.
• Assist in orientation, education, skills competency, performance improvement, scheduling and special projects.
• Maintain ABG Lab in compliance with CAP and CLIA standards.
• Perform critical and non-critical respiratory care procedures and diagnostics per directives and protocols.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
