In this role, you will lead clinical and administrative teams, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and coordinate education for staff. You will drive patient care excellence, optimize resource use, and collaborate with nursing and medical leadership to meet PDPM/OBRA goals.

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist.
• 2 years proficiency with physiological and clinical skills.
• Experience managing respiratory therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs all daily clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Develops business plans, allocates resources, and monitors patient flow.
• Educates care providers through seminars on respiratory care.
• Precepts new staff and students; manages performance.
• Ensures timely documentation and compliance with policies.
