As part of a dedicated team, you will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor vital signs, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold recognized healthcare license or certification (RRT/CRT/RCP/RN/LPN).
• Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Pay Range: $32/hr - $52/hr (ranges based on respiratory or nursing license, experience, and shift)

Shifts: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist and Nurses to join our Respiratory Therapy Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to residents in a long term care setting. This position will be at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, IN.

Previous ventilator and Tracheostomy experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train you on site!

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer and documentation of respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as oxygen saturation levels and heart rate
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care
• Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support as needed.

Requirements

• Certified RRT, CRT, RCP, RN or LPN
• Current Indiana Respiratory Therapist license preferred
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Basic life support certification required
