Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a part-time Respiratory Care support role in Omaha. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing respiratory care equipment and supplies for our department.

Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment will be required, with escalation to BioMed when needed. The role includes distributing E medical gas cylinders to designated storage areas and requires the ability to work independently and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing respiratory care equipment preferred
• Acceptance into a Respiratory Therapy accredited program preferred.
• Ability to process and troubleshoot complex medical equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and procedures preferred.
• Data entry skills preferred.
