Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) credential/license in Ohio.
• Respiratory therapy experience required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, acute care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate respiratory therapy services
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to respiratory therapy staff
• Develop and maintain respiratory care policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards
• Monitor quality of care, documentation, and patient outcomes
• Provide staff education, training, and mentorship
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
