Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, part of Piedmont Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a weekend option shift (7pm-7am). You will perform patient assessments, administer respiratory care, and manage critical care protocols in adult units.

Required: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, RRT, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days of hire. No prior experience required; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RRT certification and state licensing required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications are required at/soon after hire.
• PALS certification within 60 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures in adult care areas.
• Manage and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans.

Responsibilities:

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
