Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to deliver bedside care, respiratory therapies, and medication administration to patients.

You will supervise breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, create individualized care plans, and support recovery within a collaborative team focused on compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
