About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an RT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and bronchospasm treatment. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about respiratory care and treatment options.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma
• Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results to inform treatment decisions
• Set up, maintain, and operate various devices, including ventilators, oxygen tanks, and nebulizers
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients
• Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments and make adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless continuity of care

Requirements:
