Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the team at Mercy Hospital St. Louis. The role involves working 36 hours per week with shifts from 7:30am to 5:00pm and includes a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

The position requires graduation from a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program and a current RCP license. Ideal candidates will have an NBRC RRT credential and ACLS certification; ER staff may require PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Holds the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by NBRC; PALS may be required in ER.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Pulmonary Function testing experience is preferred.
• Physical demands include push, pull, grip up to 50 lbs, kneel and crouch.
