Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Boise, ID. The role covers adult, pediatric, and NICU patients, with NAVA on Cervo vents, and involvement across inpatient units.

Shift pattern is 12-hour days with full equipment responsibility and teamwork with a Lead Therapist. Required are 2–3 years as RRT (or 3–5 years as CRT), BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, and NICU NAVA experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an RRT, or 3–5 years as CRT.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications are required.
• Must be able to work NICU with NAVA on Cervo vents.

Responsibilities

• Manage respiratory therapy equipment and treatments.
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis.
• Do not perform EKGs.
• Assist with endotracheal intubation as needed.
• Cover inpatient areas including adult, pediatric, and NICU.
• Work with a Lead Therapist on each shift.
• Participate in weekly scheduling with potential blocks.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays if on duty.
• Complete unit-specific orientation as needed for various patient populations.
