Job summary

Stealth Care Staffing seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract at an Acute Long Term Care Hospital in Boardman, Ohio. Shift: 7p-7a. You will evaluate patients, recommend treatment plans, manage ventilators, ABG, EKGs, and document care accurately.

Applicants must hold a current Ohio license with RT/CRT certification, maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS, and have hospital acute care experience. TB screening or chest X-ray may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Ohio license and be registered or certified (RT/CRT).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TB screening (2-step) or Chest X-Ray may be required.
• 2 years Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient and recommends a treatment plan.
• Provide respiratory care to patients with complex conditions.
• Perform insertion/removal of endotracheal tubes and trachs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.

Stealth Care Staffing is currently seeking qualified Respiratory Therapists (RRT) within an Acute Long Term Care Hospital in Boardman, Ohio for a 13-week contract (7p-7a)!

Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist:

• Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan


• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions


• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes/ trachs


• Performing timely and accurate documentation


• Promoting continuous quality improvement


• Teaching and counseling patients/families

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist:

• Must hold current Ohio license and be registered or certified (RT/CRT).

• Current in BLS, ACLS, PALS


• Ventilators, ABG, and EKG Experience


• 2-Step TB or Chest X-Ray

Required Experience:

• Experience as an RT working within a hospital setting preferred


• 2 years Acute Care Experience Require
