Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. You will assess and manage patients with cardiopulmonary disorders and educate families and staff, while rotating shifts with weekends and holidays.

This role is ideal for RTs with ICU/trauma backgrounds who thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings. You'll work with a busy 394-bed facility, using ventilators and blood gas analyzers, and mayfloat to different campuses

Qualifications

• RT with at least 2 years of ICU or trauma experience.
• Recent critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Join a dedicated team of Respiratory Therapists in Fargo, North Dakota, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a busy facility with over 394 beds. This role involves assessing, managing, and educating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, using advanced equipment like ventilators, blood gas analyzers, and airway management tools. You’ll work primarily on rotating shifts—every other weekend and holidays—that include 8- and 12-hour schedules, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts or float to different campuses within the city. Expect to collaborate closely with a team of RTs, supporting patients in a fast-paced environment that values adaptability and team spirit.
