Qualifications

• Associate degree in accredited respiratory program is required.
• BLS from AHA required on start.
• CRT or RRT certification upon start.

Responsibilities

• Administers basic respiratory care therapeutics and diagnostic services with skill and proficiency.
• Performs basic clinical assessments of the cardiopulmonary system with accuracy.
• Administers basic respiratory therapeutic interventions with proficiency and supervision as needed.
• Performs weaning of ventilated patients and reviews need for continued support daily.
• Collects specimens and performs basic diagnostic testing with proficiency.
