Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems to enhance the facility's reputation for respiratory therapy.
Monitor revenue, productivity and gross profit margins for the Respiratory Therapy department.
Contribute to staff development and ongoing education.
Provide patient treatments and develop treatment plans with physician approvals.
Maintain accurate documentation and coding for reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and discharge planners for patient care.
