Job summary

UnityPoint Health Respiratory Therapy team seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver expert care across inpatient and outpatient settings for all ages. Responsibilities include safe therapies, diagnostic testing, equipment maintenance and accurate documentation, with collaboration across care teams to optimize outcomes.

The role supports a 12-hour night shift (630PM-7AM) with every-other weekend, 18 hours per week, and requires an Associate's degree with NBRC registration within 6

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license in state(s) of practice.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC) within 6 months of hire date.
• Mandatory Reporter and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist Registered provides expert respiratory care to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings, ranging from neonates to adults.
