Live Well Homecare in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver therapies such as inhaled medications and oxygen.

You will initiate ventilation, assist with procedures, monitor patients, educate families, and participate as shift coordinator or a designated preceptor as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to float between multiple hospital locations, perform in both day and night shifts, and handle emergent airway situations.

Respiratory Therapist providing patient assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and airway management.

Responsibilities

Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation, assist with invasive procedures, monitor patient status with non-invasive tools, and support intra-hospital transport. Educate patients and families on disease management, assist with discharge planning, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Serve as Shift Coordinator and preceptor when designated.

Qualifications

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program with at least 2 years of related experience. Ability to float between multiple hospital locations, perform in both day and night shifts, and handle emergent airway situations.

Skills
