Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Covington, GA. The role involves night shifts (7p-7a) two times a week, with credentialing and licensure required at hire.

A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, blood gas analyses, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• No experience required.
• RRT license with GA state board required upon hire.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required or within stated windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and respiratory care procedures.
• Conduct blood gas analyses and monitor patient status.
• Maintain and manage respiratory equipment.
• Provide patient education and contribute to critical care in adult units.
