Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital in Covington, GA is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with licensure required by the Georgia State Board of Medical Examiners. BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days are required.

No prior experience is necessary beyond state requirements. The successful candidate will perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and critical care

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• Work Experience: No experience required.
• Licenses: RRT and Georgia license required; BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and general respiratory care procedures.
• Conduct critical care procedures in adult care areas and blood gas analysis.
• Maintain and manage all equipment and provide patient education.
