Qualifications

• Reliable availability for two consistent days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CPAP and BiPAP equipment setups for new and existing patients.
• Explain the purpose and procedure of treatments, tests, and equipment to patients, providing clear, thorough education.
• Set BiPAP and CPAP machines according to prescribed settings.
• Properly fit new masks, instruct patients on mask care, and troubleshoot fit issues.
• Answer patient questions regarding therapy adherence, cleaning, and equipment use.
• Appropriately communicate client feedback to other departments.
• Multi-task, set priorities, pay attention to detail, and manage time effectively.
• Effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing; multiple languages a plus.
• Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual).
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information.
• Document setups and patient education thoroughly and accurately in patient records.
• Monitor patients' machine usage and report it to insurance companies as needed.
• Work independently while coordinating with the broader clinical team.

• Competitive hourly pay: $28–$32/hour, based on experience
• Part-time schedule: two days per week, consistent day(s) to be determined
