Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for the PEDs NICU to provide specialized pediatric and neonatal respiratory care, improving patient outcomes and comfort. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support critically ill children and their families.

Applicants must hold NBRC-CRT or NBRC-RRT, possess state licensure, and meet neonatal resuscitation, BCLS, and PALS requirements within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• NBRC-CRT certification, or NBRC-RRT certification is required.
• RRT/RCP-State licensure is required.
• BCLS certification or instructor status must be obtained within 30 days.
• PALS certification or instructor status must be obtained within 30 days.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
