Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license in respiratory therapy in the state.
• Educational requirements for licensure must be met.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct delivery of respiratory care services.
• Coordinate execution of respiratory care with physician orders and professional standards.
• Monitor and report key respiratory care performance indicators to improve outcomes and compliance.
• Develop and implement processes to guide screening, evaluation, treatment, discharge and documentation for residents.
• Ensure documentation and billing for respiratory care services are compliant with policy.
