Job summary

Elevate Respiratory Therapy Group is seeking Respiratory Therapists to join our growing team in New Hampshire. This role offers a predictable schedule with no night shifts and a supportive work environment focused on patient-centered care.

We welcome new grads and experienced RTs. Full-time positions include 3, 12-hour shifts, with Per Diem options. We offer license reimbursement and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus a travel stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire required.
• Strong interest in learning and growing.
• Comfort working independently and with a team.
• Solid understanding of respiratory therapy basics.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on respiratory care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess patients and create respiratory care plans that actually work.
• Administer breathing treatments and respiratory medications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and families in a clear and compassionate way.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care teams.
• Document care clearly and on time.
