Domnovate is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night contract in Columbia, MO, delivering care in ICU, ER, and inpatient units.

The role covers neonates to older adults; NICU experience is preferred and negotiable. Night shifts, holiday coverage, and variable hours are standard; eligibility requires Missouri RT license, BLS, and facility credential checks prior to start.

Qualificações

Respiratory Therapist - Columbia, Missouri

Join Our Client for a 13-week night contract providing respiratory care in ICU, emergency and inpatient settings, with neonatal care as assigned.

Local assignment. Advertised pay is entirely taxable W-2 wages; no travel reimbursement is included.

The opportunity

• Tentative start December 22, 2026; actual start and weekly schedule are confirmed before an offer.
• Night shifts and holiday coverage are required. Hours are not guaranteed; assignment terms permit facility downstaffing.
• Care spans neonates, infants, adults and older adults. NICU experience is preferred and negotiable.
• A virtual interview and a current skills checklist are required.

Your work

• Deliver respiratory treatments and inhaled medications, assess patient response and document care.
• Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation and support critical care teams.
• Perform arterial puncture and provide advanced respiratory therapies within your qualifications and assignment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across assigned units.

Qualifications

• Current active Missouri respiratory therapy license and appropriate current national respiratory therapy credential.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including mechanical ventilation and critical care.
• Current BLS. The facility compliance checklist also requires NRP for respiratory roles; ACLS and current NIHSS apply to ER/ICU work, and PALS applies to care of minors.
• Complete required health, background, training and credential clearance before starting.
