• Ability to float between multiple hospital locations and work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer therapies such as aerosol medications, oxygen, and secretion management; monitor patients.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and monitor patient status using non-invasive tools.
• Assist in airway management, transport of ventilated patients, and procedures like bronchoscopy.
• Discharge planning, patient education, and serving as charge person when designated.
• Act as preceptor for students and orientees, contributing to clinical training.
