Overview
Provide all types of diagnostic and therapeutic therapy procedures throughout the medical complex for adults and neonates. Administer all types of respiratory therapy treatments, evaluate the appropriateness of physician-ordered therapy, assess patients to determine appropriate therapy, and communicate recommendations to the physician.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory therapy to adult and neonatal patients across the medical complex.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate the appropriateness of physician-ordered therapy.
- Assess patients to determine the most appropriate therapy and communicate recommendations to the physician.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Required: 2-Year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited two- or four-year school of Respiratory Therapy, and must comply with the Ohio Respiratory Care Board licensure guidelines.
