Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver direct patient care, manage breathing treatments, and contribute to recovery plans in a supportive hospital setting.

You'll work within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network, collaborating with a skilled team to advance patient outcomes and independence while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Respiratory Therapy License
