Novant Health is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for the Local Respiratory Therapist Resource Team in the Charlotte Market. This full-time role covers 7pm–7am night shifts across 3–4 facilities within the Greater Charlotte market, delivering safe, continuous patient care.

The position requires a 4-year degree (preferred) and current RCP licensure in the appropriate state, with opportunities for mentorship and career advancement.

Professional Resource Team (PNRT) RRTs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The PNRT RRTs is part of a market based respiratory resource team that is assigned to varying facilities to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned market. These RRTs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 3-4 locations within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM). This group shall be known as the Local Resource Team - RRT.
