Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess patient conditions, review data, and determine the appropriate respiratory care. You will participate in creating and delivering the care plan in line with department policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with clinicians to implement treatment plans, monitor patient responses, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PA Respiratory Therapist license.
• NBRC Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) credential required or eligibility.
• BLS certification.
• Post high school diploma program completed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and evaluate data to determine appropriateness of prescribed respiratory care.
• Participate in development and delivery of the respiratory care plan in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement treatments and monitor patient response.
