Qualifications

• NBRC Registry eligibility; NBRC registration preferred.
• Respiratory therapists employed by YNHH may meet education requirements with CT license and demonstrated competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific respiratory care and assess pulmonary status.
• Document care and patient status in EMR, with SBAR handoffs.
• Communicate with care team and ensure safe patient handoffs.
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and professional involvement.
