Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist credential is required or in process.
• Current Louisiana licensure and NBRC credentialing are required.
• Pediatric or NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory care and life support under physician direction.
• Performs respiratory therapy and diagnostic procedures for all ages from neonatal to geriatric.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to develop patient care plans.
• Supervises life support therapy and procedures per department guidelines.
• Fulfills duties assigned by department management.
