Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Night Shift Respiratory Therapist for Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND. You will provide respiratory care, operate equipment, and support patient treatment plans in a fast-paced, patient‑centered environment.

The role requires RT certification, state licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months, with a focus on quality care and teamwork to help patients recover in a dedicated facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified.
• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, quality‑oriented patient care within the department policy/procedure manual.
• Perform equipment maintenance, changes, inventory, and set up/operate respiratory care equipment.
• Assist in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.

We are seeking a Full Time Night Shift Respiratory Therapist to join our team!

Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. Responsibilities

Responsible for providing efficient, quality‑oriented patient care within the scope of the department's policy/procedure manual. Performs support activities such as equipment maintenance, changes, inventory, and sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness.

Required Skills

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified
• Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• One (1) year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
