Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Therapist I in Virginia to join a multidisciplinary care team. The RT I performs basic assessments, administers respiratory therapies, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure quality care.
The role requires licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, and a willingness to work with diverse patient populations.

The Respiratory Therapist (RT) I is an introductory level respiratory care practitioner who is learning and incorporating the mission and standards of behavior of MWHC. The RT I has basic assessment and therapeutic skills and can provide care to limited patient populations. The RT I will provide quality care, develop, and ensure patient plan of care collaboration with the multidisciplinary team including physicians, registered nurses, and speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
