Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC in Orlando is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory conditions. This W2 hourly PRN role lets you set your own schedule while delivering bedside care and collaborating with physicians and nurses.

The ideal candidate holds state licensure as an RT or RRT, NBRC or CPFT certification preferred, and has experience with spirometry, inhaled medications, and patient education. Weekend availability is not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed state licensure as Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• NBRC certification and/or CPFT certification preferred.
• AARC Office Spirometry Certificate acceptable.
• Must be available on occasional weekdays — no weekends.
• Experience performing spirometry testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pulmonary Function Screenings and spirometry tests to assess lung function.
• Educate patients on preparing for tests and on proper use of inhalers/nebulizers.
• Administer respiratory treatments such as albuterol when appropriate.
• Perform pre- and post-test evaluations and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with pulmonologists and healthcare teams for care plans.
• Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe testing environment.
