Qualifications

• Active California Respiratory Care License
• Graduation from an accredited school
• Experience with ventilator care and TB/annual training

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment for diagnosis and treatment
• Explain treatments and procedures to residents
• Monitor and record patient responses to therapies
• Adjust ventilator settings as ordered and monitor ventilation
• Maintain respiratory charts and ventilator weaning logs
