Job summary

Orlando Health is hiring Registered Respiratory Therapists system-wide to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. The RRT will initiate and conduct therapies, maintain records, and operate equipment across hospital locations. Locations include Bayfront, Southlake, Dr.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors of Science in Respiratory Care or Cardiopulmonary Sciences.
• Intermediate floor training as defined on Orlando Healths Respiratory Clinical Ladder.
• Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure; BLS current; ALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and care for patients with breathing disorders.
• Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures and maintain patient records.
• Operate and assemble respiratory care equipment as required.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
