Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in Alabama is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. You will initiate therapeutic procedures, maintain patient records, and operate respiratory equipment.

Essential duties include competency in ventilatory support, documenting findings, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an approved Respiratory Care program.
• Eligible for NBRC RRT exam as per NBRC guidelines.
• Basic computer/ mechanical training required.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, treats, and cares for patients with breathing disorders.
• Initiates and conducts therapeutic procedures; maintains patient records; operates equipment.
• Demonstrates competency in respiratory therapeutics and use of ventilatory and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates with the healthcare team.
• Ensures quality control and maintenance of arterial blood gas analyzers and related procedures.
