Qualifications

• CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
• State-specific Alabama requirements include ACLS, NRP and PALS certifications.
• Proficient in infectious control and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Manages ventilator settings and airway maintenance for patient comfort and safety.
• Conducts patient assessments and monitors responses to therapy.
• Ensures accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and outcomes.
