Job summary

Clover Staffing seeks a Respiratory Therapist for Lincoln City, Oregon. You will assist physicians in evaluating and treating respiratory disorders, perform diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans with physicians.

You will set up ventilators, manage life-support equipment, administer therapies, and respond to emergencies while collaborating with the care team and educating patients and families about disease management.

Qualifications

• NBRC RRT credential required
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) minimum
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• State licensure required (49 states)

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory disorders.
• Evaluate patients and perform diagnostic tests (arterial blood gases, pulmonary function tests).
• Develop respiratory treatment plans with physicians.
• Monitor patient physiological responses to therapy.
• Set up and operate mechanical ventilators and aerosol generators.
• Manage life-support equipment in critical care settings.
• Administer respiratory treatments (oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy).
• Respond to emergency situations (cardiac arrest, trauma).
• Collaborate with healthcare team on patient management.
• Educate patients and families about disease management.

Education

Associate degree or higher in respiratory care
