Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to support adult and NICU patient care on a 6am–6pm schedule (36 hrs/week). Eligible for a $10K sign-on bonus and up to $20K loan forgiveness or tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program, minimum associate degree.
• RCP license and NBRC credentials; BLS required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients using respiratory therapy processes and related diagnostics.
• Operate ventilators in critical and non-critical care settings and assist physicians.
• Provide prescribed medication therapies and therapies per orders.
• Educate patients on therapy goals and self-care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and ensure safety.
