Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our patient-centered team. You will deliver respiratory care, supervise breathing treatments, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans to support recovery.

You will work with a supportive, outcomes-driven team, access advanced equipment, and participate in continuing education. Qualifications include a current Respiratory Therapy license and CPR; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas and breathing therapy.
• Supervise breathing treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships to support physical and emotional recovery.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
