Formación

• Current RRT credential is required.
• Experience in fast-paced acute/critical care environments preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of respiratory care essential.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ cardiopulmonary status and determine appropriate respiratory interventions.
• Deliver oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance procedures.
• Manage and support ventilator therapy, including monitoring and adjustments.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and coordinate urgent care actions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and revise care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment guidance.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments and treatments.
